SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING 

Our orders are typically shipped from our warehouse within 2 days of purchase. Currently, we only ship across Indonesia and Singapore.

Delays may occur for the following reasons, but are not limited to: sale periods, public holidays and items available for Pre-Order. We do not accept responsibility for delays caused by third party courier services or incorrect details supplied by the customer.

 

PRE-ORDERS


By placing a pre-order, you understand that you will be charged the full amount to secure your order. There will then be a delay between payment and receiving your pre-order. An expected (on or before) delivery date will be listed within the item description. Any items ordered in addition to any pre-order items will be delivered as per our standard shipping terms and not held for later delivery. Our standard returns and exchange policy applies to all pre-orders.

 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Liberty Society online purchase, we are happy to provide an online credit or refund, subject to the conditions outlined below. For further assistance please contact hello@liberty-society.com. 

RETURNS

We only accept returns under the following reasons:

  • Customer double ordered

  • A mistake on our team with sending your order (in this case, your delivery fee will be reimbursed completely)

 

For all returns or exchanges:

  • Must be in new (its original) condition

  • Has not been washed, worn, or altered

  • Has all original tags attached

  • Is accompanied by its original receipt 

 

The item(s) must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Returns after this date will not be accepted. If you believe you have received a faulty item, please e-mail an image of the fault to hello@liberty-society.com prior to requesting your return.

How to Mail Back a Return

  1. Pack the item(s) in its original box, with its tags still attached (when applicable)

  2. Mail back to our warehouse:

    1. Lancewood LB2/15

      BSD, Banten, 15325 (A/N Yumi)

 

Returns must be sent by post only and cannot be accepted by any other method. 

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You can expect to receive the full refund within 7 days,  excluding weekends and national holidays. You will also receive an email confirmation regarding this cancellation / refund.

  • Only full priced items are eligible for a refund.

  • If you made your purchase with Afterpay, we will cancel any future payments and Afterpay will refund any payments already processed.

  • Orders paid for using online credit can only be refunded as online credit. Online store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

  • Only orders for shipping within Indonesia are eligible for a refund.

 

EXCHANGES

Only orders for shipping within Indonesia are eligible for an exchange.

Please read the following steps to exchange an item:

  1. Contact us via phone or email with your full name and order number to express what you want to exchange to and why.

  2. Once your inquiry has been approved and the item you request is available, securely pack your item(s), along with all of its original tags and box and send by post to our warehouse:

  3. We will deliver the new item to you in 5-7 business days.
