How do I track my order?
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with the tracking number enclosed.
Can I place an order by phone or text (WhatsApp)?
Yes, we are able to process phone/text orders.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Your order will not be processed before you make any transfers. However, you may still cancel your order within 12 hours by contacting email@example.com.
What if my product arrived damaged, defective or incorrect?

How do I know what size is right for me?
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! We partner with FedEx to ship to most countries. Shipping is calculated per weight as small as 1 kg
Can you send a personalized note with your order when shipping a gift?
Yes! We use Pelepah (recycled banana leaves) paper and handwrite each note you'd like us to send with the order.
